Back at Granite

We were back at Granite this morning (and tomorrow too).  There is a water polo tournament at the fancy new pool.  I am not sure if everyone got the message, though.

Here was today's workout:

400 Warm up

12x25 descend 1-3 @:30

300 swim ~ kick hard every time you breath

Main Set:
8 (12)x125 75 fast/25 recovery @2:00 (2:30)

6x50 cool down finger tip drag drill @1:00

2,400 total yards
